9 potatoes, peeled and cubed (I use Yukon Gold or Red Bliss)
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in large pot, cook potatoes for approximately 15 minutes, Drain
Transfer potatoes back into pot, mash smooth. Mix in other ingredients and blend well.
Cover, refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to mix
When ready to cook, heat oven to 350, butter bottom of baking dish, spread potatoes in dish and bake for 30 minutes.
