1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Line 2 cookie sheets with wax paper.
Beat peanut butter, butter, vanilla in a medium size bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar and flour until well blended. Roll round teaspoons into 1-inch balls. Arrange on prepared cookie sheets and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Stab one ball with toothpick and dip into chocolate to cover about two thirds. Arrange cookies chocolate side down on cookie sheet and smooth over tooth pick holes . Refrigerate 15 minutes
