Pie dough or pre-made tart shells
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Raisins
1/4 lb Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add in egg and vanilla. Mix to combine.
Add raisins and mix until distributed.
Pour into tart shells

Bake for 10-15min
