4 tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
cup red onion, finely chopped
cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, minced (without seeds)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp salt
tsp dried oregano
Dash red pepper flakes

Combine all and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
