Ingredients:  
1 can green enchilada sauce
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 small can green chilies, chopped
2 cups mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese, grated, divided
cup sour cream
cup water
Tortillas - flour or corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, 1 cup of cheese, and chilies in bowl. In separate bowl, mix enchilada sauce, water and sour cream. Pour 1 cup of liquid mixture into casserole dish. Put about 2 Tbsp of chicken mixture into a tortilla, roll and place seam side down into casserole dish. Repeat until dish is full of enchilada rolls or chicken mixture is gone. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
