1 package refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 ounce Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1 onion
1 zucchini
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out pizza crust on baking stone. Bake 5 to 7 minutes until lightly browned. While crust is baking, finely slice tomato, onion, mushrooms, and zucchini. After crust is removed from the oven, press garlic over crust with garlic press. Cover crust with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Place tomato slices on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning then top with remaining vegetables and Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 400.
