1 head lettuce or bunch of spinach torn into chunks, washed and dried
1½ cup chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 package frozen peas
1 pint mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sugar
Parmesan cheese
Bacon bits
Tomato slices

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in order lettuce (or spinach), celery, green bell pepper, onions and peas in a large glass bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise and sugar to create the dressing. Put the dressing on top of the peas, then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle bits of bacon on top, and then top with tomato slices and more Parmesan cheese.
