4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 gallon, whole milk
1 8 oz. jar maraschino cherries
2 10 lb bags Cracked ice
Ice cream salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until fluffy. Beat sugar, powdered milk and condensed milk into egg yolks.
Add whole milk to egg yolk mixture.
Beat thoroughly.
Add cherries and juice to egg and milk mixture.
Fold into the beaten egg whites.
Freez in electric or hand operated freezer.
Yield; 15 to 20 servings.
My style: Add the full can of sweetened condensed milk and enough whole milk to fill freezer to full mark.
