1 stick margarine
1 cup nuts
1 cup powdered sugar
2 small boxes instant pudding, any flavor
1 cup flour
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
12 oz whipped topping.
3 cups milk
Shredding Coconut for topping

Directions:
Directions:
For the first layer; combine margarine, flour, and nuts; mix and press in bottom of 8 X 10 inch pan. bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown.
Second layer; Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in 1 cup whipped topping, spread on cooked crusts.
Next mix instant pudding and milk; mix well and spread for the third layer.
The fourth layer is the remaining whipped topping; then sprinkle with coconut, nuts or other topping.
