1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. whole grain mustard or Dijon
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt

For those who like some sweetness in the vinaigrette add 2-4 tbsp. of sugar or natural sweetener.

Combine all and mix well.

Make this once a week as a staple and keep in refrigerator.
