3 heads of Broccoli cut and cooked (can be steamed or microwaved)
¼ cup of milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of Bisquick
¼ cup of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook Broccoli until tender and transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a bowl mix soup and milk and pour over Broccoli. Spread cheddar cheese over top of Broccoli.
Cut butter into small pieces and mix into Bisquick. Top entire casserole with Bisquick mixture. (Bisquick topping can be omitted with a cheese topping only).
Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes until cheese is melted and top slightly brown.
