1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
16 oz. can of corn, drained
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:

In a bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl mix milk, oil, and eggs; add to dry ingredients. Add drained corn.

Pour 1/2" of oil into a frying pan, when hot drop batter as if for pancakes. Cook until brown, turning once.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with maple syrup
