1 egg yolk- 1 oz.- pasteurized
1/2 tsp. of dry mustard
1/2 tsp. of salt
2 tbsp. of distilled vinegar
1 c. of canola oil ( or clarified butter)
1 dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Gather your equipment you will need- a blender, and a rubber spatula
2. Pour you r egg yolk into the blender with the vinegar, mustard powder, and paprika.
3. Place the top onto the blender and turn it on medium speed.
4. Take the plastic piece off the top of the blender and begin to pour you oil or butter slowly allowing it to combine.
5. When it is to the consistancey that you want, take the rubber spatula and scrape it out into a bowl or jar and refigerate
