1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
10 tablespoons butter
2 - 1 oz squares semi sweet chocolate
6 - 1 oz squares bittersweet chocolate
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp orange liqueur (Cointreau)

Pre-heat oven to 425 and grease 6 - 6 oz custard cups

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave.
Add flour and sugar to chocolate mixture
Stir in all eggs until smooth
Add vanilla and liqueur
Divide evenly among the custard cups
Bake 14 minutes or until edges are firm - center runny
Run knife around edge to loosen
Invert onto dessert plate
Serve with raspberries and whipped cream
