Ingredients:  
1. Clean Ears of Corn
2. Boil large pot of water and add ears of corn
3. Boil Corn 3-4 minutes
4. Immediately cool in cold water
5. Drain corn on clean bowl on counter
6. Cut kernels off cob. Hold up by pointed tip using electric or reg. knife
7. Pack into freezer containers or bags leaving ½" headroom (space)
8. Seal with clean lids, or ties, mark and date
9. Freeze

When taking out of freezer to use: Thaw, add a pinch of sugar, dash of milk and pat of butter. Heat in microwave.
