Ingredients:  
6 Good Cooking Apples (large apples)
¼ lb. Butter
⅓ C. Brown Sugar (white may be used)
Cinnamon for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Core apples and slice off stem and ends, slice apples.
2. Melt butter in heavy skillet, add sliced apples and brown sugar.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
4. Stir so all apples cook.
