6 chicken cutlets
1 c. potato starch
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp. ketchup
3 medium size bags of potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. While the chicken is slightly frozen cut into 1 inch strips. Prepare 3 bowls. Fill bowl #1 with potato starch. Fill bowl #2 with eggs, salt, paprika, garlic, and ketchup. Fill bowl #3 with crushed potato chips. Dip chicken in potato starch, then in egg mixture, and then in chips. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
