8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 ounces air dried beef, finely chopped
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBL of chopped scallions (or more/less to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix 1/2 the beef with the rest of the ingredients. Shape into a ball, roll in remaining beef. Refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors mix and serve with crackers.
