1 3 pound pork shoulder cut into 2" chunks
2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 large onion, quartered and separated
3 cloves garlic

Place everything in crock-pot and mix. Set to low for approximately six hours, depending on crock pot.
