Ingredients:  
1 lbs. yellow squash
1 grated onion
1 cup grated cheese
1 egg
1 cup mushroom soup
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
Salt/pepper
Pinch of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender. Drain and mix with fork. Add grated onion, egg, grated cheese, mushroom soup and of the cracker crumbs. Mix well. Add salt/pepper/sugar. Put in casserole dish and top with the rest of the cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
