6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 minced red onion
1 pinch garlic powder
3 TBL chopped cilantro
1 pinch ground cumin
1/2 seeded jalapeno, minced
salt/pepper
1/2 lime, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. You may add more jalapeno if you want more heat. Sprinkle salt/pepper to taste. Let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour to let flavors mix. Adjust to taste.
