2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (10 ounces)
2 TBL flour
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
6-8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
10 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Crumble bacon and put on the bottom of the pie shells
Toss cheese with flour
Add eggs and milk, mix well
Pour in pie shell.
Bake 1 hour or until set
