3 eggs
t. salt
c. potato starch
1 T. oil
c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry briefly on each side. Pile 3 or 4, roll them up, and slice thinly. Place in chicken soup 5-10 minutes before serving.
(It may take a couple tries till you get it right).
