c. oil
2 eggs
c. sugar
c. potato starch
⅔ c. ground nuts (any kind, we usually use almonds)
1 t. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter into a pan. For crispy cookie bars, use a wider pan, for thick bars (like brownies) use a smaller pan. (Both taste equally good!). Bake until brown on top, the time depends on the thickness of the batter.
