Lasagna Recipe

2 lbs Hamburger
⅓ cup of diced onions
1 large cans of tomato sauce (900ml)
500ml Sour cream
250ml Cottage cheese
Parmesan cheese
Oven Ready lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese

In a large deep frying pan brown hamburger with the onion and drain the fat.
Add tomato sauce.
Remove of meat mixture and spread sparingly over a 9x13" pan.
To the remaining mixture add the sour cream and the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto the meat layer in the 9x13" pan.
Layer with lasagna noodles.
Pour half the sour cream mixture on top of the noodles and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Add on more layer of noodles and then pour the remaining sour cream mixture on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then top with a layer of grated mozzarella.
Bake in the oven at 375F for 45 minutes.
