Pecan Halves
1 cup White Corn Syrup
1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

Squares of Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Paraffin Wax

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Syrup & Milk to 248F

Stir to keeo from scorching

Remove from heat

Melt Chocolate

Paint a thin layer of chocolate in the turtle mold and let harden ( just make a blob of choc)

Put a Pecan in the mold (flat side up)

Spoon some of the mixture over the pecan and let set

Finish off with a layer of chocolate

Set outside or in the fridge to harden.
