2 cups of Nilla Wafer Cookies (crushed)
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup of firm butter
1¼ cups of Icing Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 large can of crushed pineapple (drained)

Maraschino Cherries (for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the Nilla Cookies & combine with the melted butter. (Save ½ cup of the crumbs for the topping)
Put the rest in a 9 X 12 pan and pat down smoothly

Cream ½ cup of butter and gradually add the icing sugar
Cream thoroughly, add eggs 1 at a time & beat till smooth
Add vanilla then spread the mixture over the crumbs

Beat the Whipping cream until stiff
Add the drained pineapple then spread over the mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the top & decorate with cherries (cut in half)

Cover and put in the freezer

Take out of freezer 3 hours before serving
