Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can young peas
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can french style green beans
1 can carrots, cut up
1/2 chopped onion
3/4 C chopped celery
1 C chopped green pepper

Marinade
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C oil
1/2 C vinegar
1 T water
1/2 - 3/4 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Vegetables in large bowl.

Bring marinade ingredients to a boil.

Pour over vegetables.

Can be made 2 - 3 days ahead of time. Will keep 1 - 2 weeks.
