8 sliced peaches (fresh, canned, or frozen)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced peaches in 9x9 baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut flour, sugar, and salt in butter with pastry cutter until crumbly. Cover sliced peaches with crumble mixture. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
