4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 cup 35% cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour. Whisk and cook for several minutes on very low heat. Slowly add 1 cup milk and 1 cup of 35% cream. Cook and whisk continuously over low heat until thickened.
