1 lb turkey

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 carton cut mushrooms

1 can black beans, rinsed

1 jar salsa

2 c Mexican cheese

10 corn tortillas, cut in quarters

1 Tbsp garlic

Salt and pepper





Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet with onion, salt, pepper and garlic. Drain

Combine salsa (draining the juice out of the salsa first is best) and soups with bell pepper and beans in mixing bowl.

Fold in mushrooms to soup mixture.

Layer ¼ of meat mixture, ¼ of the soup mixture, ½ c cheese and tortillas (about 2-3)

Repeat layers, ending with tortillas.

Cook on low for 7 hours.
