1 3/4 C sifted flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 C sugar

Add:
1/2 C shortening
2/3 C buttermilk
beat for 2 minutes

Add:
1/3 C buttermilk
2 1/2 sq melted chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:

1. Beat 2 minute
2. Divide into 2 cake pans and bake at 350-375 for 30-40minutes
