1 cbrown sugar
1 csour cream
2eggs
2 tspvanilla
2 cflour
2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 cpeeled and finely diced granny smith apples
1 cchopped pecans
DRIZZLE

1/4 cbrown sugar
1/4 cbutter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 grease bottom and sides of loaf pan
Peel and chop apples and set aside
Combine 1 cup brown sugar with sour cream, eggs and vanilla and beat on low speed til blended.
Add flour, baking powder , baking soda and salt and beat on low till blended.
Add apples and half of dough and fold in till blended
Pour dough into prepared pan sprinkle with remaining pecans
Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Cool 20 minutes and remove from pan
Combine brown sugar and butter and bring to boil. Turn to low and simmer 1 minute until it thickens stirring con. Remove from heat and drizzle over warm bread
