1 large head cabbage
1 1/2 lbs hamburg
1 cup cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, diced
1 egg
garlic, lots
1 lb carrots peeled and cut 2" long
5 potatoes
1 large can tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger , rice, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and egg together.

Put cabbage in boiling water, and cook until cabbage leaves are easy to remove.

Wrap mixture in cabbage leaves. Put torn outer leaves in the bottom of the dutch oven and then place the wrapped cabbages on top of the leaves. Add carrots and cover with water. When carrots are 1/2 done add potatoes. Add 1 can tomatoes and 1 can tomato paste. Cooke until potatoes are done.

This takes 4-5 hours to cook.
