1-2 bags of bread stuffing cubes
2 T butter
1 large onion finely chopped
2 stalks celery finely chopped
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp of Thyme
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 roll of sausage
2 C chicken broth
3 tsp of sage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and crumble. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in onion and celery and cook slowly until soft. Remove from heat and drain. Mix eggs, chicken broth into bread crumbs. The mixture should be moist but not mushy. (if too dry can add small amounts of water)
Mix in onion, celery, sausage, sage, garlic powder, and salt/pepper to taste. Press mixture into a baking dish. Bake one hour at 350 or until the top is brown and crisp.
