54 Ritz butter crackers crushed
1 stick butter
3 small pkgs instant pistachio pudding
2 1/4 cups milk
2 quarts vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Press into 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Mix pudding with milk and ice cream. Pour onto cooled crust and refrigerate until firm, at least one hour. Top with whipped cream.
