4 (6 oz. each) salmon fillets
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. olive oil
2 cubes frozen basil, or 1 tsp. dried
4 cubes frozen parsley, or 2 T. dried
2 tsp. salt
1- tsp. black pepper
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients, mixing well. Place salmon in a baking dish or 9x13 pan and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, turning once or twice. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, should flake easily with a fork.
