1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter (smooth)
1 large ripe banana
1 egg
1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips or cocoa nibs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Put all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour batter into muffin pans and sprinkle chocolate chips and cocoa nibs on top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are set.

**Cocoa nibs are wonderful when sprinkled ontop before baking - they get crunchy and very flavorful!**
