1 can (12 oz.) of buttermilk biscuits (like Pilsbury Grands)
6 eggs
1 package (2¾ oz.) Pioneer Brand peppered gravy mix (makes 2 cups)
1 lb. Bob Evans original sausage
1 c. shredded cheese
½ c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
2. Brown sausage in skillet; drain thoroughly.
3. Cut biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces and line the bottom of the pan.
4. Layer cooked sausage over the biscuit pieces.
5. Layer shredded cheese over sausage.
6. Whisk eggs and milk; add salt and pepper and pour over layers.
7. Make gravy according to package instructions then pour evenly on top of layers.
8. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through.
9. Serve warm.

If use plain gravy, add pepper to taste. I also recommend leaving salt out as I found it too salty when I added just a dab.
