Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

Agatha Marschall (Gram)


1 onion chopped
3 T. fat
2lb. can tomatoes
2 c. cold water
2 cans tomato paste
1 T. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. salt
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 grated cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs well beaten
salt & pepper

Simmer sauce for 1 hour. Shape meatballs and fry in hat fat. Add to sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
Boil 1 package of long spaghetti noodles, spread meat and sauce over it and sprinkle with grated cheese.
