2 small minced onions
2 cups diced mushrooms
1 pkg precooked bacon, cut into small pieces
12 slices of bread (cubed) I like brown or whole grain
1-1/2 cup grated asiago cheese (or grated parmesan)
8 eggs
2-1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
Mix onions, mushrooms, bacon, and bread and place in oiled 10 x 13 baking dish.
Beat together eggs, milk, cheese, and spices and pour over bread mixture
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until firm
Spread baked casserole on dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 135-145 F for about 6 hours

To serve, cover dry ingredients with water, bring to boil, and then eat.
