1 Lb. Ricotta Cheese
2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 cups flour

Icing:
1/4 cup margarine
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups 10X sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Mix and add dry ingredients to first 4 ingredients. Dough is sticky. Drop by large teaspoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
Ice and cover with colored sprinkles.
