6 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. mayo
Paprika

Boil and shell eggs, placing cooked yokes in a separate bowl
Add salt, pepper, mayo and mustard to yokes.
Fill eggs with the prepared mixture
Sprinkle with Paprika

This is the food that stopped young Peter from ever eating mayo (or condiments in general). I don't eat mayo at all and my sister in law Mary made these beautiful deviled eggs. She told me they didn't have any mayo in them so I tried them. Unfortunately young Peter was present to see my reaction to having mayo in my mouth - Uggh....Traumatic for us Both!!!!
