2 Bags of carrots - cooked and mashed
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

2 sticks of butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 eggs

Grease 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients and Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 and make for 45 minutes more
