1 box of ice cream sandwiches
1 tub of cool whip
1/2 cup of jimmies (any flavor), can of crushed pineapple, marachino cherries, semi sweet morels. M & M's. cutup candy bars
Hershey's chocolate syrup (optional)

Directions:
Place ice cream sandwiches in a pyrex dish. cut up sandwiches to fit into dish
Spread cool whip over sandwiches.
add whatever toppings you have in the house:
ex: crushed pineapple (drained), jimmies (anyflavor) chocolate syrup, carmel syrup., cut up candy bars, etc....

you can make this dessert while your company is waiting for their coffee.

One Sunday, i didn't know some family members were coming for dinner,
i had plenty for dinner (we are Irish) but not for dessert. i looked in my freezer and saw the ice cream sandwiches and started adding to it. This dessert was eaten first then the cake i bought was left.
