1 - 2lb bag frozen has brown potatoes

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 T minced onions or add your own chopped onions
1 lb bacon - crispy

Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add the frozen potatoes to large soup pot, put just enough water to cover the potatoes, let simmer until no longer frozen.

Add cream of chicken soup, onions and milk. Let simmer to thicken. Stirring often not to scorch

Add cheese and stir until melted

Add crumbled bacon and stir

Serve
