3 cups white sugar
1 cup white syrup
3 cups peanuts
1/2 water
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup, water. Measure peanuts, put in bowl and set aside. Grease slightly pans (she uses tin foil pans). Measure butter, cut in chips, measure soda and salt put in small bowl with butter - cook sugar, syrup and water until spins thread then add peanuts and keep cooking and stirring until begins to turn a slight tan and peanuts begin to turn. Then put in soda, salt and butter and stir FAST! Pour in pans very quickly while foaming.
