Lettuce
6-9 c. radishes, thinly sliced
4-6 green onions, chopped
4-5 strips bacon
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Break the lettuce into bite-size pieces; place in salad bowl.
Add the radishes and green onions to the lettuce; toss gently.
Fry bacon to crisp; drain on paper towel; crumble over salad.
Add vinegar and sugar to bacon grease in pan; heat until sugar is dissolved. This becomes the dressing.
Pour dressing over salad; stir and serve immediately.
