4 cups cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, whole mushrooms, zucchini slices
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp melted butter
15 oz. jar of pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt in a large zipper bag. Combine egg whites and milk in another zipper bag. Add vegetables to the egg mixture bag, close and shake well. Remove and place vegetables in dry mixture bag, close and shake well. Place coated vegetables on cookie sheet, drizzle with melted butter and bake 20 minutes turning vegetables twice. Heat pizza sauce for dipping and serve.
