1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 finely chopped green pepper
4 stalks of celery chopped
1 package of frozen peas
1 red Bermuda onion cut in rings
2 C mayo
2 T sugar
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of real bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in the order listed above. Frost the top of the salad with the mayo with sugar mixed in. Top with shredded cheese and then bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
